2. DONT TAKE VITAMIN WITH COLD WATER
3. DONT HAVE HUGE MEALS AFTER 5PM
4. DRINK MORE WATER IN THE MORNING THAN IN THE EVENING
5. BEST SLEEPING TIME IS FROM 10 PM - 4 AM
6. DONT LIE IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKING MEDICINE
7. WHEN BATTERY IS DOWN TO LAST BAR,DONT ANSWER THE PHONE
AS THE RADIATION IS 1000 TIMES (KERAP AKU BUAT)

sebab nye mase kite tidur tu byk dah hydrate kan. pastu kite mmg need water plus rasulullah dulu ade bersabda , minum air waktu pagi sebelum mengambil ape atau bersugi. bukan maknenye takleh ambik lgsg tp kurangkan skit waktu petang
